The Human Resource (HR) Frame focuses on the relationship between employee needs and the organization’s needs. When analyzing an organization through the HR frame, you are looking to see how effectively the organization recruits, hires, trains and promotes and how they empower and incentivize their employees to perform their jobs well. You are also looking to see how satisfied employees are with their employment.
